The Flight Navigator is a follow-up model of the popular Flight Pilot and part of the "Flight by Fleshlight" product series. The unique feature of this masturbator is an optional collection cup for semen which can be screwed on the case, replacing the supplied rear end cap. Note: Use without the collection cup is also possible; a standard end cap is included in the delivery.
The purpose behind this new development is likely its usage as a device for the collection of sperm donations, which could very well be the reason behind the medical-looking appearance of the design as well as the name Flight "MD" for "Medical Device". Only time will tell whether the Flight MD Navigator will end up serving for this purpose. In any event, it is a brilliant idea and in my opinion it should be a standard "apparatus" in any hospital or laboratory. But also for home-use, the collection cup is a rather quirky additional gimmick that allows you to see exactly how much sperm the Fleshlight Flight MD can suck out of your body.
The Flight Navigator in the first third of the inner canal offers a bump texture consisting of six rows of big bumps (0.5 x 0.2 inch / 12 x 5 mm each) which have been borrowed from the Stamina training Unit. In the rear canal part is a relatively tight and smooth-walled tube with a triangular cross-section. At the canal end is a funnel-shaped canal expansion which is designed to support the drainage of semen into the collection cup.
The opening of the Flight Navigator has the Flight-typical, swirl-like "turbine shape" which gives the masturbator a neutral appearance and which looks, owing to the translucent color of the insert and the snow-white colored case, indeed like a medical product. In contrast to the skin-toned, life-like shaped Fleshlight Girls orifices, the Flight opening is certainly less inviting-looking and you may need to overcome this by conjuring up a bit of creative fantasy during use. The upside to this though is that the Flight is considerably more inconspicuous, offering increased protection against inquisitive people.

Thanks to the large Stamina bumps, the stimulation inside the front canal part of the Navigator canal is extremely intense. The bumps slide very noticeably over the penis head, thus releasing multiple stimulation impulses at different spots at the same moment. The bumps are quite long and are able to bend according to the respective direction of penetration and, upon deep penetration, they wrap pleasurably around the base of the penis shaft.
Overall, the first canal part creates a fantastic and strong penis massage which is in absolute contrast to the immediately following smooth, triangular-shaped tube. This is because here the abundance of intensive pointed impulses becomes replaced by a single and permanent impacting smooth stimulation. Thereby the smooth canal walls huddle against the penis head, providing a great tightness sensation with gentle stimulation intensity. As a result, the penis head can always rest a bit in this part of the canal before sliding back into the intensively stimulating first canal part.
This adds not only alternation to the stimulation but also opens up the possibility of enjoying the Stamina bump texture for longer than just a few minutes. In contrast to the Stamina Training Unit, inside the Flight Navigator you can "escape" the highly intense bump stimulation simply by penetrating deeper into the canal. Because of the smaller Flight case, the insert material cannot expand as much as inside a regular Fleshlight case and consequently the stimulation is less flesh-like and a bit more artificial. This however makes the stimulation effect of the bumps more direct and a bit firmer than inside the Stamina Training Unit.
The alternation of the two stimulation effects can also be enjoyed with the Flight Instructor but inside the Instructor canal it is more subdued and the tightness sensation is not as strong. Similar to the Flight Instructor also the Navigator is properly suited for long-term mastrubations.
Thanks to the proportionally short insert length of the Flight Navigator, all the inner textures of the canal are penetrable with a normal penis length (5.9 inches / 15 cm). The alternation point between the bump texture and the triangular-shaped tube is located at the 3.1 inch (8 cm) mark and thus reachable for most men.
The suction effect of the Navigator texture is very good and a pleasurable vacuum effect builds provided you use the case with the regular, supplied rear end cap (and not with the collection cup). If you use the masturbator with the collection cup, the suction is considerably less noticeable because there is a relatively large air hole on the top of the cup adapter (between the case and the collection cup) through which air can pass practically unhindered and thus only a small amount of vacuum can accumulate.
The texture has been designed to ensure that all liquids drain off into the rear (into the collection cup) and therefore the cleaning and rinse-out of the canal is easy. A few residues can gather only between the bumps. The time required for drying is average, taking up to three hours.
Because the semi-transparent material of the Flight masturbators is non-pigmented unlike the regular (colored) Fleshlight inserts, the material surface of the Flight becomes stickier after contact with liquids. To restore the original softness and non-stickiness of the surfaces, you should powder the insert following clean-up with Fleshlight Renewing Powder or 100 percent talcum.

The Flight Navigator provides high-contrast alternation between a very intense penis massage and a smooth stimulation pleasure combined with an excellent tightness sensation. Inside the rather gently stimulating rear canal part, you can bypass the strong stimulation of the stamina bumps if you want to postpone ejaculation for a relatively long period of time. The additional semen collection cup makes for a nice gimmick but it reduces the suction effect and therefore is really useful only for sperm donations.
